A correctly humidified environment guarantees an increase in productivity and in case of adiabatic humidification significant cooling of the environment.

Controlling the ambient humidity ensures an increase in productivity due to the greater strength and elasticity of the textiles fibres when processed at 65 to 70% relative humidity.

The right level of humidity minimises dust problems, eliminates static electricity and adhesion, decreases twisting of the materials and therefore increases the operating speed of the machinery.

The breakage of thread, one of the events that requires the most time-consuming manual work in the textile processing, is reduced by over 40% when increasing the relative humidity from 50 to 75%, and stabilises at higher values.

Moreover, adiabatic humidification removes some of the heat generated by the looms from the air.
